.235" ID x .278" OD x 32" Carbon Fiber/Fiberglass Tube
Details
Unlike conventional filament winding, our Carbon Fiber/Fiberglass Tubes are manufactured by using a unique production process whereby longitudinal fibers in an epoxy resin matrix are oriented in alternate layers to provide excellent tensile, compressive, and flexural properties.
As with our Fiberglass Tubes, circumferential layers are wound between longitudinal layers to give the tubing exceptional burst, crush, and transverse strength. However, additional stiffness is obtained by incorporating longitudinal layers of carbon fiber into the layup. This type of construction results in an extremely stiff and lightweight composite tube with increased stiffness due to the added carbon fiber.
Our Carbon Fiber/Fiberglass Tubes are black in color and have a matte finish surface.

Excellent!

This is my favorite ACP product. Super thin wall yet resists crushing. So leave them all for me... :)
