ACP Composites is an AS9100-certified composite manufacturer that offers a wide selection of pre-preg carbon fiber fabrics, carbon fiber cloth, and other reinforcement fabrics made with fiberglass, aramid, and Kevlar®. Our carbon fiber fabrics and cloth are used in a wide variety of aerospace, automotive, medical, and consumer goods applications to provide extreme performance with reduced weights.
ACP offers a vast product catalog with a variety of widths, weave patterns, custom lengths, and non-woven options. In addition to the standardized options detailed below, ACP Composites offers the ability to procure alternative styles, weaves, or weights to fit niche or specialty project specifications. Carbon fiber fabric and cloth offer unmatched strength-to-weight ratios, while fiberglass is trusted as an “all-purpose” fabric, and Kevlar® (aramid) has high abrasion resistance. ACP Composites recommends reinforced aramid fiber for use in high-performance applications and other uses requiring exceptional durability and reduced weights.
Call us today to discuss your specific requirements for carbon fiber fabrics, carbon fiber cloth, and our other AS9100-certified reinforced fabrics made from fiberglass, like E-glass or S-Glass, along with aramid or Kevlar®.

Carbon fiber fabric and cloths are used across a wide range of advanced composite applications where high strength, low weight, and excellent stiffness are integral to final design and performance expectations. Selecting the right carbon fiber fabric depends on several factors, including weave pattern, fiber orientation, grade, and fabric weight, each of which influences how the material performs once laminated with resin. An additional consideration when finding the perfect carbon fiber fabric is deciding between standard- and high-modulus options. High-modulus fabrics are stiffer and have less stretch under load, whereas lower- or standard-modulus fabrics allow for some flex and strain before resisting applied forces.
Lightweight carbon fiber fabrics are commonly used where flexibility and smooth surface finish are important to the overall project design. Heavier reinforced fabrics are often better suited for structural reinforcement in aerospace components, automotive panels, marine structures, and industrial composite tooling. Weave style within the fabric or cloth also plays a major role in the final performance. Plain weave carbon fiber fabrics provide excellent stability and are easier to handle during layup, while twill weaves offer improved drapability, allowing the fabric to conform more easily to complex molds and curved surfaces.
ACP Composites considers fiber orientation and layering schedules for the carbon fiber fabrics and cloth we currently distribute to our customers. By combining multiple layers of carbon fiber fabric in different directions, also known as the “layup” or “layup schedule” of the specific fabric layers, the final product can offer customers tailored optimal strength, stiffness, and impact resistance qualities to meet the demands of high-performance composite structures. If a customer would like us to replicate an existing product, our team can match weave orientations, layup patterns, fabric styles, and the overall weight of the cloth.
ACP Composites supplies a wide range of carbon fiber fabrics suitable for vacuum bagging, resin infusion, wet layup, and prepreg composite manufacturing processes, supporting industries that demand reliable, high-quality reinforcement materials.
