Econostitch® Peel Ply

Airtech’s Econostitch® is an economical, heat set and scoured peel ply with good performance when used with both polyester and epoxy resins. It features red tracers for high visibility before and after cure, reducing the possibility of the peel ply being left of the part.

Econostitch® is designed to allow resin to bleed through the material producing a textured, bondable finished surface and can be used in resin infusion or hand lay-up processes. It can assist or eliminate the need for sanding for abrading on your composite laminate. It is suitable in vacuum bagging applications up to 375°F (190°C).
