1.7 oz. Aramid Plain Weave Fabric Style 120/350

The 1.7 oz. Aramid is a lightweight plain weave fabric woven from KEVLAR® fibers. The plain weave provides fabric stability but due to the fabric construction this aramid fabric is offer high drapability and easily conforms to contoured surfaces and compound curves.

It offers superior wet-out capability because it is sized with a coupling agent that provides a chemical bond between the aramid fiber and various resins. It is suitable for use in wet layup, vacuum bagging and resin infusion manufacturing and is compatible with polyester, vinyl-ester and epoxy resins.
